Serving Options
- Sauté vegetables of choice in toasted sesame oil, ginger & garlic until softened and serve along with the rice.
- This is also great served on flatbread like a pizza. Just top a piece of naan with the meat and sauce mixture, top with mozzarella. Put in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with drizzle of siracha and a sprinkle of green onion.
- This also makes great tacos. Fill a street taco sized flour tortilla with the meat and sauce mixture. Top with a drizzle of siracha and a sprinkle of green onion and diced Asian Pickles (recipe here).
The Story

I absolutely love Korean BBQ. I needed to find a way to make it for dinner where it would be tender and saucy. Found it! I love the different dishes you can make with this recipe. The tacos are probably my favorite. That thick sweet with a little spice sauce and the brightness of the Asian cucumbers…I may have just done a happy dance in my chair just writing that out. But, maybe not…you’ll never know.
