Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Can Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 C Ketchup
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1/2 C Brown Sugar
4 T Vinegar
1 Bag Frozen Asian Veggies

Instructions
- Cube chicken into bigger than bite sized pieces.
- Mix ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar until combined.
- Add chicken, pineapple & Asian veggies.
- Pour into slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve over rice.
- Freezer Meal:
- Place chicken and sauce into a freezer bag.
- Thaw and add pineapple & veggies.
- Cook according to above directions.
