Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 Can Pineapple Chunks, drained

1 C Ketchup

1/2 C Soy Sauce

1/2 C Brown Sugar

4 T Vinegar

1 Bag Frozen Asian Veggies

Instructions

  • Cube chicken into bigger than bite sized pieces.
  • Mix ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar until combined.
  • Add chicken, pineapple & Asian veggies.
  • Pour into slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Serve over rice.
  • Freezer Meal:
    • Place chicken and sauce into a freezer bag.
    • Thaw and add pineapple & veggies.
    • Cook according to above directions.
