Oh my goodness, I thought I liked fresh salsa, and I do, but this was a hole in my life! The added flavor of the char, taste bud changing!! This is better than any store bought salsa. It is definitely best in the summer, especially if you are starting from home grown tomatoes and peppers. You can adjust the spiciness by leaving in the seeds of the jalapeños. This is great as a dip or a topping to any of those favorite TexMex dishes in your arsenal. Now, you need that char, the flavor is in the char…oh and the other ingredients help too!
