
Ingredients
- 2T Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 C Thinly sliced or diced Cucumbers (Hot House or English Cucumber is best)
Instructions
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt.
Add cucumbers to a zipper bag.
Pour vinegar mixture into the bag with the cucumbers.
Move the cucumbers around in the bag to coat them with the vinegar mixture.
Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal the bag.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
